| If I order 4 yards, will it be one continuous cut? | Yes, unless specified otherwise, any yardage ordered over 1 yard will be cut in one continuous piece. To insure product yardage accurancy, all of our yards are cut at 37 inches with the exception of complete bolts.
| | Can I buy Moda Marbles in continuous yardage of 13 yards or more? | All Moda Marbles bolts are 12 yard cuts, however, Moda Swirls, Stars and Dots are 15 yard bolts.
| | I'm having trouble deciding between colors, what do I do? | We offer color cards for our Moda Marbles collections HERE. You can also order Fat Eighths (9" x 21" inches) for all available fabrics.
| | What are the sizes of a Fat Quarter and Fat Eighths? | Fat Quarters are approximately 18" x 21". A Fat Quarter is a half of a half yard of fabric (18" by width of the fabric) cut in half. Fat Quarters are great stash builders since you can often purchase an entire line of fabric in Fat Quarter Bundles!
Fat Eighths are approximately 9" x 21". These are great for small projects such as applique's etc. You can also order Fat Eighths as product samples to help determine color choices.

Shipping and Taxes |
| Can I pick up items purchased online at your bricks and mortar store? | Unfortunately items purchased online must be shipped.
| | Is it true that all items ship for $5.95? | Yes, all purchases ship domestically (contiguous United States) for one low price of $5.95 per order. This includes Accuquilt, Janome and all fabric, notions, etc.
| | Do you ship internationally? | Yes. International orders are welcomed. Once an order has been placed, we will contact you via email to advise you of Shipping Costs, and a Paypal Invoice will be sent to you. We will ship the least expensive means possible by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
| | Do you charge sales tax? | Sales tax of 9.75% is charged for items shipped to Tennessee only.
| | Can I cancel an order? | Once an order is submitted it cannot be canceled.

| What forms of payment do you accept? | We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. All payments are processed through PayPal for your security and convenience. We do not accept checks. Orders can be placed online or by phone at 1-731-584-1087.

Return Policy |
| What is your return policy? | We strive for customer satisfaction everyday, however we are unable to accept returns on cut fabric. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition with unopened packaging within 30 days. Shipping is non-refundable for returns and a 20% restocking fee may apply. Return shipping is the custumers responsibility. Customers must call or email me at info@modamarbles.com prior to returning said items for a Return Authorization (RA) number for proper processing. Returns without an RA number will not be processed and credit will not be issued.
